Audition[]
Zack auditioned in Kansas City. He sang "Grenade" by Bruno Mars. Although Harry voted "no", Keith and Jennifer voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Zack was shown in a montage of contestants who survived the first round of Hollywood Week, along with Quentin Alexander and Nick Fradiani. After his untelevised final solo performance, he was shown in a montage of contestants who did not make the Top 24, alongside Hector Montenegro, J. None, Reno Anoa'i and Hannah Mrozak.
After the Show[]
Zack appeared in the first and only season of Boy Band under the name Zack Taylor. He was eliminated in the first episode.
Afterward, he turned his attention to the sport of pickleball, where he has reached the top 50 in the world pickleball rankings in 2023.[1]
