Audition[]
Sophia auditioned in Santa Barbara. She sang "The One That Got Away" by Katy Perry. Luke and at least one other judge voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Sophia's performance wasn't shown, but she did survive the Idol Arena stage, and was seen among the Top 57 at the end, along with Alto Moon, Cate Gartner, Victoria Johnson, Ricky Moyer, Alyssa Raghu, and Jayna Elise. Her Showstopper performance and Final Judgment verdict were both untelevised, but it is presumed that she did not do enough to become one of the Top 24 semifinalists.

- ABC press photos show that Sophia was brought to Final Judgment simultaneously with Hailey Mia, who did make the Top 24. However, this was not edited into the episode.[1]
