Rachel Zevita (born October 20th, 1987) was a contestant on Season 6 of American Idol.
Season 6 Audition[]
Rachel auditioned in New York. She sang "Eternal Life" by Jeff Buckley. Randy, Paula and Carol all voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Season 6 Hollywood Round[]
Rachel's stay in Hollywood was not televised much, but she was eliminated on the first day.
Season 10 Audition[]
Rachel auditioned in East Rutherford. She sang "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen. All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Season 10 Hollywood Round[]
Rachel was shown in the first part of Hollywood Round singing "Warwick Avenue" by Duffy. After her second solo performance, she was placed in Deliberation Room 4, along with Thia Megia, Naima Adedapo, Carson Higgins, Julie Zorrilla, Jovany Barreto and Scotty McCreery. Everyone in her room advanced.
Las Vegas Round[]
Rachel was shown singing a Beatles song with someone. She advanced.
Back in Hollywood, she sang one last time in front of the judges. At the final deliberation, the judges told her she did enough to make the Top 24.
Top 24[]
Rachel sang "Criminal" by Fiona Apple. She was eliminated at this stage of the competition.
