Audition[]
Michael auditioned in New York. He sang "Unchained Melody" by The Righteous Brothers. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Michael was shown in the first part of Hollywood Week. In the second part, he performed an original song called "10 Reasons Why I'm Breaking Up with You". He survived the first cut at the end of the second day. He was later shown in a group with John Preator and Matthew Metzger singing "Up on the Roof" by The Drifters. He was eliminated shortly thereafter.
