Luke Menard (born December 1st, 1978) was a contestant on Season 7 of American Idol.

Season 6 Audition[edit | edit source]

Luke's audition was not televised, but during the Season 7 Top 24 show, it was revealed he auditioned in Memphis. He sang "How Deep Is Your Love" by the Bee Gees. Randy and Simon both voted "no", eliminating him from the competition.

Season 7 Audition[edit | edit source]

Luke's audition was not televised, but a flashback revealed he auditioned in Omaha. He sang "Bend and Break" by Keane.

Season 7 Hollywood Round[edit | edit source]

Luke's stay at Hollywood was not televised much, but she did manage to make the judges' final fifty. During the final deliberation, it was revealed that he had made the Top 24.

Top 24[edit | edit source]

Luke sang "Everybody's Talkin'" by Fred Neil. He received enough votes to be considered "safe" for that week.

Top 20[edit | edit source]

Luke sang "Killer Queen" by Queen. He received enough votes to be considered "safe" for that week.

Top 16[edit | edit source]

Luke sang "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" by Wham! He was placed in the Bottom 2 for that week, eliminating him from the competition.
