Lilly Scott (born May 16th, 1989) was a contestant on Season 9 of American Idol.
Audition[]
Although not fully televised, she auditioned in Denver and received four "yeses" from the judges.
Hollywood Round[]
Lilly was shown in the same Group of Eight as Jay Stone. She sang "Lullaby of Birdland" by Ella Fitzgerald. She did enough to advance. She was shown singing "Rich Girl" by Hall and Oates in her final solo performance in front of the judges. After the judges' verdict, she was placed in the same holding room as Casey James, Tim Urban, Tyler Grady, Andrew Garcia, Todrick Hall, Katie Stevens, Jermaine Sellers, Siobhan Magnus, Crystal Bowersox, Alex Lambert, Michael Lynche, Thaddeus Johnson, Tori Kelly and Jeff Goldford. Everyone in her room advanced. At the final deliberation, the judges told her that she made the Top 24.

Lilly sang "Fixing a Hole" by The Beatles. She received enough votes to be considered "safe" for that week.

Lilly sang "A Change is Gonna Come" by Sam Cooke. She received enough votes to be considered "safe" for that week.

Lilly sang "I Fall to Pieces" by Patsy Cline. She, along with Katelyn Epperly, received the lowest number of votes for that week, eliminating her from the competition.
