Woodie auditioned in Salt Lake City. He sang "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot". Keith and Jennifer voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Woodie was one of the contestants chosen by the judges to sing at the airport hangar. He was placed in Bus 1, along with Khristian D'avis, Johnny Newcomb, Caitlin Johnson, Rich LaFleur and twenty-seven other contestants, where it was directed to an airport where a plane would take them home, eliminating them from the competition.
