Karen Stephanie Rodriguez (born March 22, 1989) is an American singer born in Miami, Florida and raised in Washington Heights, NYC who finished in 12th place on season 10 of American Idol.

American Idol[]
Karen auditioned in Los Angeles, California after being accepted to American Idol through a MySpace audition. Karen was sent to Hollywood and then was put through to the Top 13. During the Top 13, she sang "I Could Fall in Love" by Selena and was put in the bottom three along with Ashthon Jones, who was eliminated that round, and Haley Reinhart, who would finish third in season 10. She was safe and was put through to the Top 12. During the Top 12, she sang "Love Will Lead You Back" by Taylor Dayne and was eliminated during the results show. She finished 12th place out of all.
