Jurnees’ stay in Hollywood wasn’t shown, so it is presumed she was eliminated sometime while there.

Season 16 Audition

Jurnee auditioned in Savannah. She sang "Rise Up" by Andra Day. Katy and Luke voted "yes", sending her to the next round.

Season 16 Hollywood Round

Jurnee was shown in an unknown Group of Ten. She advanced and was later shown in a group with Dominique singing "Love Yourself" by Justin Bieber. Also, in the Solo Rounds she sang "One Last Time" by Ariana Grande. Afterwards, she was placed in the same holding room as Catie Turner, Dennis Lorenzo, Trevor McBane, Maddie Zahm, Christina Jones, Amalia Watty, Marcio Donaldson, Victoria McQueen, Dominique, and Cade Foehner and it was revealed at everyone in their room had advanced. During Showcase Rounds, she sang "Never Enough" from The Greatest Showman. At the Final Judgment, it was revealed that she did enough to land a spot in the Top 24.

Top 24

Jurnee was shown in Group 2. She sang "Flashlight" by Jessie J and "Run to You" by Whitney Houston in a duet with Lea Michele. She was deemed good enough to become a Top 14 finalist.

Top 14

Jurnee sang "Bang Bang" by Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj for the Live Show and "Never Enough" by Loren Allred, from The Greatest Showman soundtrack, for the Results Show. Although she did not make the Top 6 in voting for that week, the judges selected her to become a Top 10 finalist.

Top 10

Jurnee sang "How Far I'll Go" by Auli'i Cravalho from the film Moana. She received enough votes to become a Top 7 finalist.

Top 7

Jurnee sang "Kiss" by Prince and the Revolution and "Back at One" by Brian McKnight. She, alongside Catie Turner, received the lowest number of votes, thus eliminating her from the competition.
