Julia auditioned in New York. She sang "Un-Break My Heart" by Toni Braxton. All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Julia was shown in a group with Kimberly Caldwell, Stephanie Schultz and Elizabeth Dickerson. She was shown on the final day singing "Un-Break My Heart" by Toni Braxton. Later, it was revealed that she did enough to make the Top 32.
Top 32[]
Julia performed in Group 1, she sang "Son of a Preacher Man" by Dusty Springfield. She received enough votes to advance to the Top 12.

Julia sang "Where Did Our Love Go" by The Supremes. She was placed in the Bottom 2 for that week.
