Audition[]
Juan auditioned in Los Angeles. He sang "Besame Mucho" by Andrea Bocelli. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Juan was shown in a montage of contestants who survived the first round of Hollywood Week, alongside Evelyn Cormier, Ashley Hess, Clay Page and Shayy. He was also shown in a group called "Diversity" with Myra Tran, Jade Flores and Moriah Formica singing "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" by Kelly Clarkson. Everyone in his group advanced except for Jade. For his final solo performance, he sang "Million Reasons" by Lady Gaga. He was placed in the second deliberation along with Austin Michael Robinson, Ruthie Craft, Gaba, Katie Belle and Jackson Gillies. It was revealed that everyone in the room was eliminated.
