Jordan Anthony Rabbone (born December 16, 2004),[1][2][3] known professionally as Jordan Anthony, was a contestant on Season 22 of American Idol.
Audition[]
Jordan auditioned in Santa Barbara, after obtaining a visa to enter the United States. He sang "Forget Me" by Lewis Capaldi. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Although Jordan's Idol Arena performance wasn't televised, he was subsequently put in the same group as Ty'Esha La'Shae, Justice Murphy, Triston Harper, Scarlett Lee, KBlocks, Will Moseley, Micaela McCall, Dawson Slade, Hailey Mia, Brant McCollough, Jennifer Jeffries, and Mackenzie Sol, where the judges told them that they survived the round. For his final solo performance, he sang "Love in the Dark" by Adele. At the Final Judgment, the judges told him that he did enough to become a Top 24 semifinalist.
Top 24 (Hawaii Round)[]
Jordan was mentored by Tori Kelly in Group 1. He sang "Titanium" by David Guetta & Sia. He received enough votes to be considered "safe" for another week.
Top 20[]
Jordan sang "when the party's over" by Billie Eilish. He did not receive enough votes to place amongst the Top 10 contestants, putting him in the Danger Zone. He then sang "ATTENTION" by Charlie Puth. The judges chose to save him from elimination, making him a Top 14 finalist.
Top 14[]
Jordan sang "I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)" by Whitney Houston. He, alongside Nya, received the lowest number of votes, thus eliminating him from the competition.
