Audition[]
Jackie auditioned in New York. She sang "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz. All four judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Jackie was shown on the second day of Hollywood Week singing in a group of eight. She sang "Rock Me Right" by Susan Tedeschi. After her performance, it was revealed that she did enough to advance. After her final performance in front of the judges, where she sang "I Hope You Dance" by Lee Ann Womack with a guitar, she was placed in a holding room with Matt Giraud, Allison Iraheta, Adam Lambert, Stevie Wright, Jorge Nunez, Danny Gokey, Jamar Rogers, Lil Rounds, Anoop Desai, and Scott MacIntyre among others and the judges revealed that they all advanced. At the judges' mansion, it was revealed that she managed to make the Top 36.

Jackie was shown in Group 1. She sang "A Little Less Conversation" by Elvis Presley. She was eliminated at this stage of the competition.

After the Show[]
Jackie participated in the first and only season of Platinum Hit, a TV series on Bravo for singer-songwriters, which was co-judged by Kara DioGuardi and Jewel. She finished in seventh place.
Jackie was cast as Melrose in the Netflix comedy-drama GLOW.
