Christina 'Isabelle' Pasqualone (born October 3, 1990),[1] known mononymously as Isabelle,[2] was a contestant on Season 12 and Season 13 of American Idol.
Season 12 Audition[]
Christina auditioned in New York City. She sang "Summertime" by Abbie Mitchell. All four judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.[3]
Season 12 Hollywood Round[]
Isabelle was shown in the first part of Hollywood Round, singing "Summertime" by Abbie Mitchell. She advanced and was shown in a group called "The Pooh-Snaps" with Zoanette Johnson, Erin Christine, and Lauren Bettes singing "Knock on Wood" by Eddie Floyd. Everyone in the group except Lauren advanced. She eventually did enough to make the Top 20 Girls.
Top 40[]
Isabelle sang "God Bless the Child" by Billie Holliday. Afterwards, the judges told her she did not become a semifinalist.
Season 13 Audition[]
Isabelle's audition was not televised, but a YouTube video indicated that she auditioned in Boston and received a Golden Ticket.
Season 13 Hollywood Round[]
Isabelle's stay in Hollywood wasn't shown much, but it is presumed that she was eliminated sometime whilst there.
Trivia[]
- Isabelle now releases music under the stage name, Elle Rhodes.
- Isabelle derived her moniker from her mother's name, Isabel. It is unknown whether or not Isabel(le) is actually her true middle name.
- Although her hometown in Season 12 was listed as Duluth, Georgia (which she generalized as Atlanta), she had stated she was living in Boston, Massachusetts at the time.
