George Clayton Huff, Jr. (born November 4th, 1980) was a contestant on Season 3 of American Idol.
Audition[]
George auditioned in Houston. He sang "You Are So Beautiful" by Joe Cocker. Randy and Simon both voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
George was shown in the third part of Hollywood Week in a group with Jesus Roman and Matthew Rogers singing "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley. He advanced and managed to sing solo in front of the judges on the final day. It was revealed that he did not make the Top 32, however after Donnie Williams was disqualified from the competition, he served as Donnie's replacement.

George was shown in Group 4. He sang "Always and Forever" by Heatwave. Although he placed in the Top 3 for his group, he did not receive enough votes to make the Top 2. He was however selected to compete in the Wild-Card round.

George sang "Lean on Me" by Bill Withers. He was selected by Simon Cowell to compete as a Top 12 finalist.
