Season 17 Audition[]
Drake auditioned in Louisville. He sang "His Eye Is on the Sparrow" and "Oh Happy Day" by the Edwin Hawkins Singers. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Season 17 Hollywood Round[]
Drake was shown in the third part of Hollywood Week, singing "Always on My Mind" by Willie Nelson. He was placed in the first deliberation room, along with Uché, Johanna Jones, Laci Kaye Booth, Alejandro Aranda, Nick Townsend, Laine Hardy, Walker Burroughs, Margie Mays, Shayy, Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon, Ryan Hammond, Kai the Singer, Evelyn Cormier and Madison Vandenburg. It was revealed that everyone in the room advanced.
Hawaii Round[]
Drake sang "Girls Like You" by Maroon 5, ft. Cardi B. Afterwards, the judges told him that he did not make the Top 20 and he was eliminated.
Season 19 Audition[]
Drake's audition was not televised.
Season 19 Hollywood[]
Drake was shown in the "Country" category of the Genre Challenge, alongside Caleb Kennedy, Mignon, Mason Picks, Cameron McGhar, Alex Miller and Cecil Ray. He managed to progress to the Top 64. During the Showstoppers Round, he sang "Country Girl (Shake it For Me)" by Luke Bryan. At the Final Judgment, he was called up alongside Cecil Ray where it was revealed that he was eliminated.
