David Roland Cook (born December 20th, 1982) was a contestant on Season 7 of American Idol.
Audition[]
David auditioned in Omaha. He sang "Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Rounds[]
David was shown during the second day of Hollywood Week. He sang "Everything I Do (I Do it For You)" by Bryan Adams. Randy voted "yes", Paula voted "yes", but Simon voted "no". He managed to make it to the final fifty and during the final deliberation, it was revealed that he had made the Top 24.
