Clifford auditioned in Honolulu. He sang "The Day (That You Gave Me a Son)" by Babyface. Although Simon voted "no", Randy and Paula voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Clifford was shown on the third day of Hollywood Week in a group with Sonny Kapu and Jonah Moananu singing "Up on the Roof" by The Drifters. He was eliminated at some point thereafter.
