Christiaan auditioned in New York. He sang "Vienna" by Billy Joel, "Toxic" by Britney Spears (in a duet with his non-auditioning girlfriend) and "Theme from New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.
