Season 12 Audition

Briana auditioned in Long Beach. She sang "Up to the Mountain (MLK Song)" by Patty Griffin. All four judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.

Season 12 Hollywood Round

Briana was shown in the first part of Hollywood Week, in the same Group of Ten as Kez Ban and Shubha Vedula. She sang "Impossible" by Christina Aguilera. She advanced. After her untelevised final solo performance, she was eliminated along with Ashlee Feliciano and Sarina-Joi Crowe.

Season 13 Audition

Briana auditioned in San Francisco. She sang "Stay" by Sara Bareilles. All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.

Season 13 Hollywood Round

Briana was shown in the first part of Hollywood Week, in the same Group of Ten as Jesse Cline. She sang "Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)" by Pixie Lott. She was later shown in a group with MK Nobilette singing "Royals" by Lorde. For her final solo performance, she sang "My Kind of Love" by Emeli Sande. She was called up alongside Brandy Neelly for the Final Judgment, where it was revealed that both contestants had made the Top 30.

Top 30

Briana was chosen by the judges to sing during Rush Week. She sang "Warrior" by Demi Lovato. She did not receive enough votes to place among the five women with the highest votes nor was she selected by the judges to participate as a Wild-Card, eliminating her from the competition.

Trivia

• Prior to auditioning in Season 12, Briana appeared on an episode of Maury called Maury's Most Talented Kids 2009. Following this appearance, she experienced rampant bullying at her school.
