Breanna Steer (born July 13th, 1994) was a contestant on Season 12 of American Idol.
Audition[]
Breanna auditioned in Baton Rouge. She sang "I'm Goin' Down" by Mary J. Blige. It is unknown how the judges voted, but at least three of them voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Breanna was shown in a group called "The Misfits" with Janelle Arthur, Kez Ban and Angela Miller singing "Be My Baby" by The Ronettes. Everyone in her group advanced. Eventually, she did enough to make the Top 20 Girls.
Top 40[]
Breanna was shown in Female Group 2 singing "Bust Your Windows" by Jazmine Sullivan. Afterwards, the judges told her she did enough to make the Semifinals.
Top 20[]
Breanna sang "Flaws and All" by Beyonce. She did not manage to place among the five highest voted female contestants, eliminating her from the competition.
