Blake Colin Lewis (born July 21st, 1981) was a contestant on Season 6 of American Idol.

Audition[]

Blake auditioned in Seattle. He sang "Crazy" by Seal. All three judges voted "yes", sending him to the next round.

Hollywood Round[]

Blake was shown in a montage of successful contestants on the first day of Hollywood Week. He was later shown in a group with Chris Sligh, Rudy Cardenas and Thomas Lowe singing "How Deep is Your Love" by The Bee Gees. Blake later made it to the judges' final forty, and it was revealed to him that he made it the Top 24.

Season 6 Finale[]

Blake sang "You Give Love a Bad Name" by Bon Jovi, "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5 and "This Is My Now". He did not receive more votes than Jordin Sparks, making him the runner-up.
