Baylie Brown (born January 6th, 1990- ) was a contestant on Season 6 and Season 11 of American Idol.
Season 6 Audition[]
Baylie auditioned in San Antonio. She sang "Stronger" by Faith Hill. All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Season 6 Hollywood Round[]
Baylie was shown in the first part of Hollywood Week. She sang "Stronger" by Faith Hill. She managed to progress. She was later shown in a group with Amanda Coluccio and Antonella Barba. She was eliminated shortly thereafter.
Season 11 Audition[]
Baylie auditioned in Galveston. She sang "Bed of Roses" by Bon Jovi. All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Season 11 Hollywood Round[]
Baylie was shown in the first part of Hollywood Week singing "If I'm Not in Love with You" by Faith Hill. She advanced and after her untelevised final solo performance, she was placed in the fourth deliberation room along with Stephanie Renae, Britnee Kellogg, Angie Zeiderman, Richie Law, Heejun Han, Neco Starr and Gabi Carrubba among others, where it was revealed that everyone in the room had advanced.
Las Vegas Round[]
Baylie was shown in a group with Chelsea Sorrell singing "Be My Baby" by The Ronettes. Both contestants advanced.
For her final solo performance, she sang "Here Comes Goodbye" by Rascal Flatts. At the Final Judgment, the judges told her she did enough to make the Top 24.
Top 25[]
Baylie sang "Amazed" by Lonestar. She was eliminated at this stage of the competition.
