Arianna Ayesha Afsar (born October 22nd, 1991) was a contestant on Season 8 of American Idol.
Audition[]
Arianna auditioned in Phoenix. He sang "Put Your Records On" by Corinne Bailey Rae. All four judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Although not shown performing, after her final performance on the final day of Hollywood Week, she was placed in a holding room with Ricky Braddy, Michael Sarver Alex Wagner-Trugman, Stephen Fowler, Alexis Grace, Jasmine Murray, Nathaniel Marshall, Joanna Pacitti, Casey Carlson and Kai Kalama. It was revealed that everyone in her room had advanced. At the judges' mansion, it was revealed that she did enough to make the Top 36.

Arianna was shown in Group 3. She sang "The Winner Takes it All" by ABBA. She was eliminated at this stage of the competition.
After the Show[]
Arianna represented her home state of California in the 2011 Miss America competition. She managed to make the final ten. Alongside Jasmine Murray, she was the second Miss America pageant participant who was on the eighth season of American Idol.
