Angie Zeiderman was a contestant on Season 11 of American Idol.

Audition[edit | edit source]

Angie auditioned in Aspen. She initially sang "When You Got It, Flaunt It" from The Producers, which initially soured Randy. But after she sang "Blue Bayou" by Linda Ronstadt, his opinion changed, ultimately voting "yes", along with Jennifer and Steven, sending her to the next round.

Hollywood Round[edit | edit source]

Angie was shown in a montage of contestants who survived the first cut of Hollywood Week. On Day 3, after her final solo performance in front of the judges, she was placed in the fourth deliberation room along with Baylie Brown, Britnee Kellogg, Stephanie Renae, Richie Law, Heejun Han, Neco Starr and Gabi Carrubba among others, where it was revealed that everyone in the room had advanced.

Las Vegas Round[edit | edit source]

Angie was shown in a group with Erika Van Pelt, Adam Brock and Shelby Tweten singing "Great Balls of Fire" by Jerry Lee Lewis. Everyone in her group advanced.

However, after all the groups performed, the judges informed Angie that she was in fact, eliminated.
