Allegra Muilenberg (born January 15, 2003),[1][2] known professionally as Allegra Miles,[3] was a contestant on Season 20 of American Idol.
Audition[]
Allegra auditioned in Nashville. She sang an original song called "Tainted". All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.
Hollywood Round[]
Allegra was shown in a montage of contestants who survived the Genre Challenge, alongside Taylor Fagins, Lady K, Betty Maxwell, Elli Rowe, Sam Moss, Haley Slaton, and Dakota Hayden. She was later shown in a duet with Taylor Fagins called "Satin Soul". They sang "Locked Out of Heaven" by Bruno Mars. After her untelevised final solo performance, the judges told her that she did enough to make the Top 24.
Top 24[]
Allegra appeared in Group 2 and sang "Adore You" by Harry Styles. She received enough votes to advance.
Top 20[]
Allegra sang "Free Fallin'" by Tom Petty. She did not receive enough votes to place in the Top 10, putting her in danger of elimination. She then sang an encore of her original song, "Tainted"โthe same from her audition. The judges chose to save her from elimination, making her a wildcard Top 14 finalist.
Top 14[]
Allegra sang "Ocean Eyes" by Billie Eilish. She, along with Dan Marshall and Ava Maybee, received the lowest number of votes, eliminating her from the competition.
