Alexandréa Lushington (born February 13th, 1991) was a contestant on Season 7 of American Idol.

Audition[]

Alexandréa auditioned in Atlanta. She sang "My Funny Valentine" from Babes in Arms. All three judges voted "yes", sending her to the next round.

Hollywood Round[]

Alexandréa's stay in Hollywood was not televised much, but she did manage to make the judges' final fifty. During the final deliberation, it was revealed that she had made the Top 24.

Top 24[]

Alexandréa sang "Spinning Wheel" by Blood, Sweat & Tears. She received enough votes to be considered "safe" for that week.

Top 20[]

Alexandréa sang "If You Leave Me Now" by Chicago. She was placed in the Bottom 2 for that week, eliminating her from the competition.

Trivia[]

  • During her audition, the marquee that displays the contestant information misspelled Alexandréa's hometown as "Douglasvillle".
    • It also misspelled her surname as "Lushinton".
